Evelyn F. Breuch was born on January 16th 1929 to Emil and Helen Olson in Denver Colorado . She passed away in Grand Junction Colorado at Hope West Hospice on June 20th 2019 at the age of 90.
Jim says “She was a good loyal woman and he loved her.” Married for 70 Years they enjoyed
everything together. Eveie was a lady who was always taking care of everybody, living life to the
fullest. Mitzie and Panda were her beloved poodles spoiled like children she adored them. In
high school she met Jim and the adventure began. Working for Mabell insurance company and
the near new shoppe peek-a-boo that she owned and operated with her sister Myrtsie. The
sisters were extremely close. We shared many outings to wyoming fishing and camping, she
loved the outdoors. Jim & Evie traveled to many places Mexico, New Orleans, Arizona, &
Nevada; gambling, fishing, and exploring about visiting both friends and family. In Grand
Junction, CO her neighbors were like family enjoying BBQ’s, playing cards & games. They
owned many beautiful homes and gardens every summer producing the most wonderful
vegetables for our favorite famous spaghetti and dill pickles. She was a great cook with many
unsurpassed dishes and salads for holidays and birthdays. Evie was an avid golfer till she was
78 years old. Involved with many golf groups and bowling leagues. Country music was her
favorite and she sang and danced to all the western artists. Evie enjoyed her life to the fullest,
did everything and went everywhere she wanted to go. She will be missed and forever
cherished in our hearts.
